Booking & Payment
1.1 A booking is confirmed once a deposit of £50 has been received.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date.
1.3 Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
2.1 A refundable damage deposit of £50 is required.
2.2 This will be returned within 7 days after departure, subject to inspection of the caravan.
2.3 Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, or breach of these terms.

Cancellation Policy
3.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
3.2 Cancellations made 6 weeks before arrival may receive a partial refund at the owner’s discretion.
3.3 No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
3.4 We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance.

Changes to Booking
4.1 Changes to dates are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse changes.

Check-in & Check-out
5.1 Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in at 1pm is available for an additional £20.
5.2 Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
5.3 Late check-out may result in additional charges.

Occupancy
6.1 The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated in the booking.
6.2 Only those listed on the booking form are permitted to stay.
6.3 We reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund if this is breached.

Pets
7.1 Pets are allowed and must be agreed in advance. £10 charge per dog (maximum 3 dogs). No dogs under 2 years old allowed.
7.2 Additional cleaning charges may apply.
7.3 Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan.

Smoking
8.1 Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
8.2 Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.

Care of the Property
9.1 Guests agree to keep the caravan clean and in good condition.
9.2 Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
9.3 Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay.

Behaviour
10.1 Guests must behave responsibly and respect neighbours and site rules.
10.2 Excessive noise, parties, or anti-social behaviour are not permitted.
10.3 Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund.

Site Rules
11.1 Guests must comply with all park/site regulations.
11.2 We are not responsible for any restrictions or closures of site facilities.

Liability
12.1 We accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay, except where caused by negligence.
12.2 Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.

Force Majeure
13.1 We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, site closure, government restrictions).

Right to Refuse Booking
14.1 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
14.2 In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Complaints
15.1 Any issues must be reported as soon as possible during your stay to allow resolution.
15.2 Complaints raised after departure may not be considered.

Governing Law
16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
